My name is Amber Marino, I am a 31 year old Women's Physique competitor from NY. I have been working with Gordon since December of 2013. 

Being a seasoned competitor i had gone through several coaches, a few times changing season to season. I would set my goals, do the work, and was constantly dissatisfied with the end product. Anyone who competes knows it is a very expensive sport and throwing money away is not something anyone wants to do. 

Thankfully a close friend of mine who was also friends with Gordon recommended him, the rest is history. He has prepped me for 2 shows and i have continued working with him full time through my off-season.

I decided to join the gym in fall of 2013. I hired a personal trainer and went from there. After almost a year of working out, I was not getting the results I wanted. I tried to eat healthy but like a lot of people think that if you work out you can eat anything you want! 

Was I ever wrong. My personal trainer suggested I find a nutrition coach, as he has no experience in the nutrition side of it. So I started asking around. That's when I found Gordon Falcetti of Falcetti Physique Solutions. 

He was the missing piece to my puzzle! I got in contact early August. He was quick to respond to my questions and gave me the answers I needed. I signed up and the rest, as they say, is history. 

Gordon was able to move me in the right direction and I started seeing results within the 1st week! It was amazing. We have weekly checkins and he is very open and upfront about your progress and where to tweak it.

 After a few months I decided to enter my 1st figure competition with Fitness Atlantic. I won't lie, it was tough. Following everything to a T, following his plan, and trusting in him.

 Well it all worked out, I came in 4th in figure short! It was awesome! Now I'm in the midst of reverse dieting and going into my offseason. I would not choose to have anyone else ride shotgun in my journey to bigger and better things!
