HOW DOES IT WORK?
Whether it’s a physique competitor trying to bring the best package they can to the stage, or mother of three that wants to get back in shape after years of bad habits, working with a coach and trainer can often help a person achieve their goals faster and more efficiently than if they were trying to figure out the process on their own.

As nice as it is for a person to be able to work with a coach one-on-one, the fact is that not everybody has a coach local to them that can provide the services that they are looking for at a rate they can afford. Remote training allows us to spread our reach to clients all over the United States, and the world.

The way our programs work is fairly straightforward.

We begin with a detailed email questionnaire in which we gather information regarding your current nutrition plan, training, cardio, supplementation, job and daily life, nightly sleep and more - basically we look over your entire life. At the same time you send us pictures of your body so that we can assess your current physical condition. Once we look everything over, we are able to build a plan that’s programmed specifically for you and your goals. A completed plan includes guidelines for nutrition, cardio, and supplementation.

Once you begin your new plan, you will check-in once per week with us via email, providing the answers to some specific questions, as well as providing new “progress pictures” each week. From these updates we are able to assess your week-to-week progress, and we make changes to the plan as often as necessary to keep you moving toward your goals as efficiently as possible.

With experienced coaches guiding your plan and watching your progress, your only job is to add the hard work.

ONE TIME NUTRITION ASSESSMENT AND DIET SETUP
Here we evaluate your current eating habits and put together a nutrition plan to help you reach your goals faster. This plan includes a single follow-up/update two weeks later, as well as unlimited questions via email for those two weeks.

16 WEEK COMPETITOR PRECONTEST PLAN
This plan is meant for bodybuilding competitors, in order to bring the best possible condition and overall look to the stage. In addition to the normal nutrition programming, this plan includes all “peak week” manipulation of food, sodium, and water in the days leading up to the competition. We work with competitors from all divisions – bodybuilding, physique, figure, fitness, and bikini.
